Aimpoint Research ®, a global strategic intelligence firm serving the agri-food value chain, recently welcomed Jennifer Coleman as Director of Communications. In this position, Coleman is responsible for the development and implementation of a communications and marketing strategy and overseeing initiatives including brand development, messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and integrated communication plans.
“We are thrilled to have Jennifer join our team! Enhancing our communication to the industry and more broadly sharing what we are learning through dynamic thought leadership platforms like Farmer of the Future and NextGen Consumer is critical as we work to strengthen and unite the agri-food value chain,” said Brett Sciotto, Aimpoint Research President & CEO. “Jennifer’s tremendous expertise as a strategic communicator combined with her agricultural background will help us better project Aimpoint Research’s voice to our global agri-food constituency.”
Coleman grew up on a small farm in western Kentucky. She attended Murray State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Organizational Communication. Coleman joined the Ohio Soybean Association and Ohio Soybean Council in 2007 as Communications Coordinator and was responsible for content development and magazine production. In 2010, she was promoted to Director of Communications and managed all communication programs and budgets including media relations, communication research, farmer awareness campaigns, and consumer outreach.
