Susan Leonard Brings 25 Years of Marketing Research Expertise
Aimpoint Research recently welcomed Susan Leonard to its cutting-edge market research team as Senior Research Manager. In this role, she will manage multiple projects from start to finish, including the research design, methodology, instrument programming, collection monitoring, analysis, and client presentations.

Susan has over 25 years of experience on custom quantitative and qualitative research projects and analytical techniques across multiple industries including automotive, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, travel, and retail. She is an expert on customer satisfaction, habits and practices, and retail and shopper journey mapping.
Prior to joining Aimpoint Research, Susan has worked at Owens Corning, Directions Research and TNS/Kantar Retail. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Arts in Applied Demography.
